Weekend Wraps: 18 Quick Knit Cowls, Scarves & Shawls is a multi-designer collection of 18 projects, which includes wraps, shawls, cowls, shrugs, and ponchos. Although there are other scarf and shawl books on the market, Weekend Wraps uses only yarns that are worsted-weight or heavier – making it easy for knitters to work them quickly in a short, or long, weekend. Projects are geared towards the advanced beginner – intermediate knitter. Weekend Wraps covers a variety of styles/ textures in each section, like cables, lace and knit/purl patterns. Each project has a short intro and project specific tips to hone your knitting skills.
